Our Sweet Nephew Palmer!

Our new little nephew Palmer was born 4 weeks early and weighed in at 6 lbs. 12 oz. He was born with Spina Bifida and has had 2 major surgeries in the first 11 days of life & is such a little rockstar! Oliver made the rounds with his aunties/uncles/grandparents and cousins and loved every minute of it. We had Oliver for about 5 days here in Fargo and were lucky to bring him to the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis for a couple days to meet his new baby brother and see mommy and daddy who missed him so much. What an incredible facility and wonderful doctors and nurses! He definitely was in good hands. Baby Palmer is back home now in Minot & feeling all the love & prayers from everyone!
Here he is!!!....Perfect!

Oliver meeting his new baby brother for the first time. He was allowed to see him for 15 min. that day.

The first pic of the new family of four!!....beautiful!

Sweet baby Palmer waiting contently for surgery.

While Oliver was with us we were invited to a friend's winter party at his farm that was full of fun all day & night. This was the easiest way to transport them around the farm!

Striking a pose in front of the treehouse that daddy/uncle Chris designed! Amelia even went to the bathroom in the cool outhouse that night! They both walked inside, took their boots off and had hot chocolate with whip cream.....life is good!

Just finished a smore!

In their own little world!

Amelia loved riding around on this until about 30 min. in she got nailed in the head with a basketball and the night was over for all of us!

When asking what Oliver's favorite thing he did that night.....this was it!! Keep in mind he took a sleigh ride behind Clydesdales, sledding, skating, sitting outside at a bonfire and eating smores, hanging out in a treehouse, eating, trampoline and basketball!! What a great night!!

Finally a day above zero that we could enjoy being outdoors!

We buried daddy!!

Rubes loves the snow....especially eating it! She'll sit on the floor in the livingroom and eat it out of a cup & thinks it's the coolest thing.

Amelia playing King of the Hill.

Amelia loves to take pictures. Those scratches on her face are from a little boy at daycare....mom was NOT very happy!....she looked like she was attacked by a cat.
